We had our refrigerator coils cleaned recently and the cleaning part was fine and the person who did the cleaning was nice and on-time. The problem is that they left our kitchen filthy with dust. We had to spend the rest of the day cleaning the kitchen ourselves. Also our recently refinished wood floors were damaged (after we indicated that they were recently refinished). 5 stars all around! Justin was easy to schedule with, showed up on time, did great work and didn’t try to sell us on additional services or tell us we needed him back in a year. He even told my husband our dryer vent was easy to clean and he didn’t need to call him for it next time and showed him how to do it ourselves. As first time home owners, we are so thankful we hired Justin for the price and his work! I have already told many friends and family about him and Airrific!
Justin was professional, friendly and quick to explain how it’s going throughout the process! He was in and out of our townhome in less than two hours for the dryer and ducts!!! For the quality of the work and the wonderful customer experience, you can’t go wrong with these guys! Thank you Airriffic!!
Extremely helpful and kind. They were very prompt to not only answer questions but to come out and fix our dryer problem. After having poor experience elsewhere, Airriffic was the perfect place to call to get help.
