Disappointing experience. The salesperson assessed the site and said the job could be completed despite the access challenges. When the contractors arrived, they determined the job could not be completed due to accessibility. Some work was completed, but I was charged the full amount even though the job was not completed. In my view, the situation and charges could have been communicated more clearly upfront.
