I regret hiring these young men to put in a new HVAC unit. There were numerous problems. First of all, I stipulated I wanted a wireless thermostat. I mentioned it several times and asked for specifics but Shane never gave me a straight answer about it. At the end of the day, when the new system was in, Shane told me he "could't" install that kind of thermostat. I knew that he could, it would just be more work and expense on his part.
