Excellent service. Nathan worked diligently on my AC issue until it was resolved. He was thorough in explaining the problem and resolution. Above and beyond. Mike is knowledgeable and professional. My in laws air was not working. Raccoon in coil. They showed up 4 times to make sure fixed and cleaned properly. Will only use AirPro. BEST SERVICE EVER!
Had a great experience with AirPro. Seth was out tech and the work order called for removing and cleaning our condenser coil as one of the maintenance steps. He recommended that I reconsider that step. We have a very old unit (25 yrs) that other than needing it's first cleaning is operating without issues. His concerns were that cutting and removing the coil, along with everything that goes along with that, could potentially disturb this atypical condition.
