I tried to install a Google nest thermostat and had some difficulty. I placed a service call and they were out within a few hours! My thermostat was properly connected and working in about a half hour. I was very pleased with the professionalism and happy spirit in which my issue was addressed! I will call this company for all my HVAC issues going forward!
Very responsive and fair. Elton came over to fix the gas furnace, the issue was a dirty sensor. He cleaned the sensor and other parts, inspected the main subsystems, and thoroughly explained everything. The main office responds to text quickly, and gives you status updates on arrival time.
The service was impeccable! And Covid safe! Scheduled an appointment, because the system at my house wasn't working, he came through and worked with my schedule. I decided to change the system, and what a job it was! Thank you for all the work, cleanliness,time management, and over all working with my needs and budget. Hands down! AMAZING SERVICE!!! PS: upgraded to a HVAC/ humidifier and uv light system (covid safe), new water heater, plus another thermostat (easy access)
