My husband and I reached out to Joe on Sunday, 8/18, after coming home to a burning smell, and noticed that the AC was blowing out hot air. He checked everything thoroughly, from the unit to underneath our home. He then found that our air handler had burnt and told us that it was time to replace our air handler, all of our ductwork and our 31 year old unit.
