he technicians arrived on time and did a complete inspection before starting. They discovered mold around one of our return vents, cleaned it out, and treated the area to prevent future growth. They went through the blower assembly, coils, and furnace with special tools and left nothing untouched. After the sanitization process, the air smells incredibly fresh. I appreciate how they explained everything, from UV light installation options to filter maintenance.

My furnace and blower were filled with pet hair and debris. Mark came in with all his specialized tools and cleaned it thoroughly. He opened up the blower, removed years of gunk, and made sure everything was spotless. Mark was careful not to disturb anything else in the basement. He also cleaned the vents and made sure the airflow was strong afterwards. I noticed immediately that the air seemed less heavy and much more comfortable. My heating bills may be lower now, thanks to his careful service.!!
