Worst shop experience ever. Paid for a costly repair (upwards of $1,200) that left the car in worse shape. Took the car back four times, but the mechanic was in denial. Save yourself the frustation of dealing with a shop that does not deserve your bussiness.

They could have sold me an engine, instead they bought themselves a trip to small claims court. Columbia charged me $500 to replace the water pump & 3 freeze plugs in my truck(but only replaced 2 freeze plugs)When I got in my vehicle & turned the key, my engine went "Bang!Bang!Bang!" This sound had developed while @Columbia.I got out & asked the guy what was up.It wasn't until then that he disclosed 2 me that they had detected water in the oil!Any hint of water in the oil should've stopped them cold @ which point they should... read more
