I work for a car rental company and one of my customers was having a minor issue with the vehicle. I'm not familiar with the Hebron area and found the shop on yp.com with 5 stars and a couple good reviews. It was new years eve day and when I called the shop I was ready to hear a no, we don't have time. To my pleasant surprise the Manager there was so nice and said sure, send them over. Then to top it off, they didn't charge anything. I highly recommend Airport Tire and Auto Service!
I have always been dealt with fairly and honestly. the owner makes sure you are satisfied. I have utilized them for the past 12 years with service completed on Lexus, Infiniti, Jaguar and Land Rover to my satisfaction. Perform services in a timely manner. Last trip involved a Jaguar XJ8 with brakes and a new battery. Price for service was $454 and Jaguar Land Rover of Cincinnati had wanted $1345 for the same service. Quality of service, integrity and trust plus saving $$$ is important to me. Highly recommend them.
I am appalled that someone would ever leave a review like this for Airport Tire. I have been taking all of my vehicles to them for years. I have been associated with Tom the owner since his days at the Verona Chevron. I have never met a person with more integrity and willingness to get to the bottom of a problem in my life.
