Went for an alignment on a 2012 ram 1500, they called a said we needed ball joints. I told them to go ahead and replace them. Come to pick it up monday, it was running with the door open. Went inside to pay for the service, the guy there Rick, told us they had let it die while working on it and they have it running outside to charge it.
