Worst business there is! Scammers screwed my daughter in law over and she has 3 babies that ride in her car with those horrible tires. New tires, under warranty, 3 months old are in horrible shape. Refused to do anything and when my daughter in law threatened to call her attorney, they laughed in her face and said their attorney is much better and they have more money.
Went for an alignment on a 2012 ram 1500, they called a said we needed ball joints. I told them to go ahead and replace them. Come to pick it up monday, it was running with the door open. Went inside to pay for the service, the guy there Rick, told us they had let it die while working on it and they have it running outside to charge it. Get home and my wife forgot to roll back windows up so she tries to turn it back on and it doesnt even click twice. The battery is beyond dead after they let it die.
