Went for an alignment on a 2012 ram 1500, they called a said we needed ball joints. I told them to go ahead and replace them. Come to pick it up monday, it was running with the door open. Went inside to pay for the service, the guy there Rick, told us they had let it die while working on it and they have it running outside to charge it. Get home and my wife forgot to roll back windows up so she tries to turn it back on and it doesnt even click twice. The battery is beyond dead after they let it die. Stay away from this shady place. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here, can’t believe they are even open. Paid for an alignment and got nothing but excuses from them on why it pulled when I went to leave. They switched front tires and sent me off when I complained about the pull. No proof the alignment was done except for a screen shot from the monitor that shows it’s not to specifications. Asked for a print out and was told the printer was down. I asked why they didn’t mention that when I dropped it off and was told “well you... read more

Always a good experience!
My son took his car to someone else first. Was told not repairable & would cost $120. to replace. He listened to me & brought it to Airport tire. Cost $10.00 to have it repaired. Thank You for being honest, unlike the other place & saving a young man some hard earned money.
