After renting a unit and given a gate code, arrived on fri evening 3/10/23 around 5:20pm gate code didn't work, called them 4 times leaving 2 messages with no response from them... had several thousands of dollars worth of wood working shop tools on my trailer, unable to get them protected from the weather... due to their lack of communication. Called Duerr Mini storage... he came to the motel where I had to get a room with rental agreement and a lock and was very attentive to my needs... got my tools put in and rented anoth... read more
