The manager of this storage Mike is more than 5 stars he's a genuine caring human that does whatever necessary to show compassion and work with someone to understand people and there circumstances. If you choose another storage its at your own risk I sure as hell wouldn't. 7 star review from me.
Best airport storage facility in port Angeles! If it wasn’t for Mike and his personal dedication to be available we wouldn’t have been able to manage a military move on our own. He always was available via phone and would promptly return our calls if he missed us. Couldn’t recommend this facility enough.
The best storage facility in Port Angeles. I’ve used two other facilities in the area and the customer service and cleanliness is what sets this place apart. Mike went above and beyond what I would expect and helped coordinate drop off and pick up of our items for a cross country move. Would absolutely recommend.
This place has really gone down hill.
Wow this place used to run so good. There used to be a young lady that worked there and I never had a single issue. I haven't seen her in 2 months now, and now it's been problem after problem. I got locked out of my storage unit for 2 weeks because of Mike not processing my payment when he was supposed to or whatever he did that kept me out of my unit causing me to miss out on thousands of dollars worth of work due to my work materials being in that unit.
