Flooded unit caused many precious items to become ruined. Dont recommend this storage to anyone who cannot cover the entired ground with pallets to keep belongings dry from flooding

The team managing this facility was super helpful! Units are very hard to find in this town.. They placed me on a waiting list and as soon as a unit became available they contacted me right away. Everyone was very helpful and the process was seamless!

They never answer calls, voicemails, or emails. Even funnier that they have a banner out front telling you to contact them about availability. That’s fine if you don’t have any availability, but you can at least contact people back to maybe get on a waitlist. Doesn’t matter, I’ve heard people who have been able to store stuff here haven’t been more stoked than the other options on Huron Rd.

Hard to get a hold of anyone at the office. Been that way for many years since we set up units with the office person Barbara. She never returned calls. The units are dirty and a lot of dirt blows inside and from cars driving through so have a broom and dustpan. One of our units leaked water and damaged a few items.
