Ken and John at Airport Express Lube in Ozark went above and beyond when my alternator went out while I was traveling with my boys from NWA to Central Arkansas. On a Saturday, John stepped in to help even though it wasn’t something he normally does and got us safely back on the road even though he did run into some minor issues, he was so kind and genuine through the whole process. This business is owned by a local family. The waiting area is very nice clean and comfortable the service to the vehicle is always quickly done. A very professional business. I highly recommend Airport Road Express Lube in Ozark Ark.
They are thorough in looking everything over and always friendly. I was very surprised when my last oil change was on the house. Highly recommended.
