Money hungry and can't accommodate for a simple request, a nail trim. Manager is super rude and will not help you even if you are driving for 2 hours to their clinic. I went to this clinic for years where I took my 2 dogs there and I never had a problem until now. I 100% do not recommend taking your pet here because if a scheduling issue arises they will not help you. They also somehow didn't know that I was on the schedule. Super unprofessional and not accommodating.
Worst experience ever after taking my pets here for over 20 years. Horrible customer service, no compassion for my pet, and refused to make an appointment when I expressed my dissatisfaction and didn’t refer to another vet. All this place cares about now is making money. Such a shame!
