Hope you don't have an accident in Florence, KY. The police call these people. They towed the car to a lot behind some vacant house on Dixie Highway. Then told me they do body work so I asked for an estimate. The car sat on the lot for a whole week. I called 3 or 4 times trying to get it. Still no estimate. Guess they don't need the money because they'll steal anything not nailed down out of your car. They went through everything in the car and retook what they wanted. Thieves and liars.

When anyone relocates it is always a big deal to find the right business for your needs. I moved to KY from CA and my lovely new car was hit by a horrible hailstorm that hit Hebron. I went to my State Farm Agent, another great agency and glad I found them as well, the very next morning and reported the damage, got a card that was in their office as a referral.
