I've had nothing but problems with this company. They refuse to do any maintenance or snow removal at the units and are impossible to get ahold of. I haven't had access to my unit due to snow and ice blocking the door. I've left multiple messages with no response or solution.

Rented a unit using their website as they were really close to where we were moving stuff from. When I went to the location and saw our unit it was a disaster! The unit walls were water damaged and broken particle board, items from the unit next to the one we rented were coming through the bottom of the walls and it was really dirty, we never moved anything into the unit after seeing it in person. Not at all as advertised on their website!!! Tried multiple times for days to reach anyone on the office phone no one ever answer... read more
