I wanted to email and let you know that the quality of service we had today was subpar. They should be investigated. This was an utter disappointment and disaster—we paid almost $200 for a one way trip in an old, beat up suv and the driver, although nice, didn’t help with bags, came in leggings and the car service standard was sub par.
