Tried to book my partners car due to an emergency issue. Unfortunately every place was a 2 week wait, but who ever I spoke to on the phone today walked me through a last ditch effort attempt to fix it after I'd tried everything else and worked. Couldn't be more thankful for the advice and time you spent helping me.
