Terrible service department. Sales have compassion but so do I when I'm making money. Purchased a new truck, drove it for 5800km , check engine light on. Not a big deal, (FYI; I'm a journeyman service technician with the busiest dealership in St. John's, I am well versed in how service departments work..OR NOT WORK.) I will have them inspect during my first service in a couple of days. I called for something that happened with my car, and in just a matter of a few minutes, they came to my driveway, drove my car for service and all was done. Excellent and fast service, I would say!
A worst place to go. Justin who is acting to be a loyal and honest person but who is the worst person I have ever seen in my life. He couldn’t even gave me a right answer about a thing. Never ever recommend that place to go in. Worst dealer I have ever seen in my life.
