Took a ride with this company from the airport. The driver was nice but they were not transparent about their pricing and charged us $255 total for a ride from O’Hare airport to downtown Chicago which would have been $40-50 with an Uber. They forced us to tip, charged us ~$75 in fees, forced us to give them an ID and took a picture of our credit card and ID. We’re still worried that they’ll steal our card number. Do NOT take especially from the airport—absolutely felt like a scam.
