I financed a vehicle through this dealership and was told my interest rate would be 4.99%. Two months later, I received my bank statements and saw the rate was actually 6.59%. Since then, I’ve tried contacting the General management multiple times, but my messages have gone unanswered. This is very disappointing and feels misleading. Unfortunately my Kia was towed here off the highway on a Friday night. The service centre did not inspect the car thoroughly, knowing that I drove over construction debris on the 427. They kept the car until Tuesday morning to only change the flat tire. Only after taking it to a Kia in the North East, near my home was serious damage uncovered. My friend Shubham bought a New Kia Sorento in Feb.2024 and that’s still in under warranty. he noticed the transmission was acting up. It would hesitate when shifting, and sometimes it felt like it was slipping. Concerned, he took it back to the dealership at Airport Kia and it was still under some kind of warranty.
