I've been to Airport Jewelers twice in recent months. Most recently, today. I only have little things for the nice man to do--install a battery in my watch or put on a watchband. He was just as cheerful and pleasant as if I was buying a diamond ring. He didn't charge me for putting on the watchband. (He used the pins with my watch.) I will suggest his business to everyone I know. Great guy to deal with!

Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional a joy to conduct business with.
Went in with 2 broken wedding rings, and one of the 2 also needed 1/2 size enlargement. Simon was super helpful and friendly. He measured my finger several times and even straightened out my banged up engagement ring right there on the spot. The 2 rings came back sooner than expected and look like new.
