I recently had a necklace repaired here and couldn’t be more impressed. The customer service was absolutely excellent — friendly, attentive, and made me feel valued from start to finish. The craftsmanship on the repair was top-notch; you can’t even tell it was ever broken. On top of that, the pricing was very fair and transparent. It’s rare to find a place that combines skill, honesty, and great service like this. Highly recommended!

Went in to have watch battery replaced & was so impressed with the customer service that I decided to ask the best way to redo my 54 year old wedding rings Todd was super helpful & gave me several suggestions of which I took one The special design ring was gorgeous & surprisingly reasonable Marcus went above & beyond & had it ready on my anniversary Totally recommend

Took a vintage Rolex in there to get it verified. They took it apart, verified it gave it back with the band on backwards and out of nowhere the Rolex stopped working! I felt played so they can have me come back in and get more service out of me due to the watch never having an issue until I had them touch it now they are telling it it cost $1000.00 just to look at it. Scam place. Midlothian jewelry is the same store owner

I've been to Airport Jewelers twice in recent months. Most recently, today. I only have little things for the nice man to do--install a battery in my watch or put on a watchband. He was just as cheerful and pleasant as if I was buying a diamond ring. He didn't charge me for putting on the watchband. (He used the pins with my watch.) I will suggest his business to everyone I know. Great guy to deal with!
