Had a great time with the department as why this is 2 instead on one stars. Theire techs on another hand need some proper training on how to do a basic oil change. They cranked on a filter so tight my filter wrench couldn't even get it off. I felt like the first oil change on my 25 f150 tremor with a 5.0 should be done at the dealer but that was completely wrong to think so. You're better off to go to a quick lube and supply your own oil.
Worst dealership ever. The service team are straight just lazy. They also don't know anything about cars. My car broke down at the side of the road and they told us to come up there and promised us that they would figure everything out and handling it and not to worry. Then we arrived they acted like we were ghosts, wasting their time and also trash. Biggest waste of time on one of the most important days in my life with my father in the hospital. Never, ever, again.
We recently bought our car here. Rad and his manager, Ricardo went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Really appreciate them! Great team and super friendly crew!
Had an oil change today at Airport Ford. Jordan from the service department was exceptionally professional and friendly. I appreciated his excellent customer service.
