I recently completed service #5, which included the installation of winter tires on my 2020 model. With winter approaching, the process was seamless, thanks to Jorden Emery, the Assistant Service Manager. Jorden has consistently accommodated my vehicle for service, ensuring timely completion and adherence to my budget.
I have been getting my vehicles serviced here for 12 years, but the quality of work and value is no longer acceptable. Y last oil change resulted in my vehicle splash guard being removed and not replaced, as well as my oil drain plug being over torqued to a point where I was worried they threaded the pan. The service mgr offered me a $20 discount because I didn't notice the issues immediately after service, and I offered them another shot for redemption.
