I have been getting my vehicles serviced here for 12 years, but the quality of work and value is no longer acceptable. Y last oil change resulted in my vehicle splash guard being removed and not replaced, as well as my oil drain plug being over torqued to a point where I was worried they threaded the pan. Will never return. They call me to tell me i need an oil change and service. I explain this is a service vehicle I use for my business and cant just take a day off for service. The girl assures me it'll be less than an hour and I can just sit while they do it. So I book it in. When I arrive they say oh actually it'll be 2 and half hours and we will send you home in an Uber. Airport Ford performed the six month service on my 2022 Escape. Their service is quite extensive, after reading the report card prepared by the technician I see the amount of detail that goes into this report. Peace of mind motoring. I have always enjoyed my visits to Airport Ford whether it's leasing, buying or servicing of my vehicles. All the staff at Airport Ford are very friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. Keep up the great work.
