I had an awesome experience working with coach Brendan help me establish my pickleball game…In two short sessions he taught how to effectively strike the ball, a powerful service the process of volleying to effectively play a complete competitive game…I’d highly recommend him and MV Fitness to others…
Michael was a terrific tennis coach. Sweat a lot, improved my game, and had fun ☺️
Are you staying on MV for a week? a month? the entire summer? Airport Fitness is your place. They have everything fitness related you can ask for or want. They actually have a Hack Squat machine !! My morning workouts are complete here. Let’s not forget about the sauna and steam room ! You won’t find this at the Y !
Could not ask for a better place on island to play and learn Pickleball. The owner Connie has so much experience and leads a team of friendly capable and amazing people! My instructor Brendon is THE BEST teaching me a new player and is able to coach very seasoned experts too! Summer programs perfect for vacationers and year long membership a total deal even for summer residents!
