Reflecting on how I spent $1600 to fix a transmission leak that puts my transmission in emergency mode. Plus $252 to get a transmission dynastic test and yet still my vehicle is still in transmission emergency mode and still the issue is not fixed. I am advising you all dont bring your vehicle to this shop ,especially if it has something to do with your transmission cause they dont know what they are doing and they are a ripoff. Saturday Morning 8/2/2025 on my way to a function . Tire light comes on I take an exit as the pressure is steady dropping. I find Airport Exxon . They were swamped with work and still , they backed me up to a bay found a bad valve stem and went to work on my problem. A breath of fresh air meeting these kind folks! If I lived close by they would be my go to shop! Fair honest and good people!
My mom has been taking her truck here for years. Her truck stayed in the shop with the same problems. I have been taking my car for about 3 years and now my car stays in the shop. I receive rude remarks when I’m in there and on the phone and am never satisfied with my repair especially the cost for labor when I know for a fact that much time wasn’t spent on my vehicle.
Best customer service I've had at a shop. Thank you Pete for taking the time to talk through and show me what was going on with my vehicle.
They do excelent work. Very friendly and professional... I recommend that you get there by 7:30am and leave vehical and have them call when ready. Also helpful if you have a 2nd car to use while work is being done. Do not sit and wait for it if you can help it....
