so rented a john deer 130 excavator from airport equipment for 28 days. be sure to take pictures of any equipment you rent before you run it. i broke the front windshield and was quoted 310$ for wind shield. end of the day i was charged 9142$ . get the insurance! Never will rent there again . don't even deserve one star!!!! as i received it

I don't know who the guy on the phone is that has bad service when on the phone, maybe owner or a guy that's been there for too long. Piece of advice to him, don't put a customer on hold in the middle of their sentence because they didn't have the correct answer you were looking for. Hire a person with better customer service
