I don't know who the guy on the phone is that has bad service when on the phone, maybe owner or a guy that's been there for too long. Piece of advice to him, don't put a customer on hold in the middle of their sentence because they didn't have the correct answer you were looking for. Hire a person with better customer service

Way outstanding service on 9/13/2023.the front desk was kind and professionally directed me to the other room in the back to the service desk .this guy was exceptionally nice and very helpfully in my quest to get a replacement key to a backhoe .seemed like he knew exactly wich key to give me just from the johndeer number abd model on the machine .I would re c omens this place over any other I'd been .thanks guys
