Nice hotel to stay with kids, the front desk staffs are so lovely. My only complaint was the cleaners are not very friendly. The first night we left the “Do not disturb” sign out for some peaceful rest, but the rest of our stay we did not get any service at all until we left (we stayed 3 nights) The outdoor pool was small but warm, hot tub was very nice and relaxing.
service is great! Get a room upgrade when I arrived which can see the view of Richmond city! People at front desk are nice!
Stayed here for 5 days, 4 nights. It was extremely hot. The A/C wasnt working. The hotel gave us fans. Housekeeping only cleaned half our room, left garbage behind. No clean towels. The swimming area never had any towels. Wouldn't recommend. When I pay a steep price, and I am on vacation for ACCOMMODATION I expect it to be accommodating. Was not at all. Very disappointed.
