Car salesmen are not known for their honesty. That being said, these guys were not only liars but they were arragont, rude, and belittling as well. I would think very hard about shopping here if you're looking for a car. Worst "attempted" car buying experience ever. MUCH better customer service at Ford. Ford ended up with my money because of how disgusting they were at Airport Cadillac. Shame on you for your behavior!
Jen and everyone we met/worked with at Airport Cadillac, Chevy and GMC of Medford were respectful, kind and honest. It was well worth the drive from Eugene. The prices and options online are truly as they are when you get to the dealership. No run around games, and within just a few minutes, we had our deal setup and financing approved. These folks are like the old school dealerships where you feel heard, and appreciated. Call, chat online or just go see them… it’s well worth your time. Love my new Cadi!!!
