Extremely unprofessional experience. My interaction with the staff member named Suneha at Airport Bovaird Family Dentistry was very disappointing. Her attitude was arrogant, dismissive, and completely lacking basic customer service skills. Instead of helping, she spoke rudely and showed no respect or patience. I recently visited the clinic and I must say that Dr. Farida and team is amazing. I just loved the experience. The dental admin team was kind enough to book my emergency appointment amidst their busy schedule.
