Our business requires help from people from out of town to work at our Ranch. Our worker, had a problem with his truck that he drove out from Georgia. I've known Ryan since he was young and know that he is a hard worker. I called him about Wendell's (my worker) truck. Ryan quickly diagnosed the problem, a fuel pump issue, replaced the fuel pump and he was good to go. The next day a hose was leaking (not part of the initial job), and Ryan came out, on a Sunday, I might add, and fixed it. He did not accept payment. He is a rem... read more
Are you sure you have the right Airport Automotive? I have taken several of my vehicles to the one next to 7-11 and have never had a problem. The reason why I trust them is they actually take the time to show me everything and explain what repairs should be done without pressuring me. My car was at the dealership four different times, each time it cost 750-1500 and my car still wouldn't idle right. It ended up being a small leak they found the problem when no one else could.
Worst service I’ve ever received. Main reason I took it into the shop was fixed but they failed to make me aware of a few major problems that were visible at the time of service. So since they weren't addressed it cost me hundreds of dollars more for something that could have been prevented. Quick, cheap work = nightmare down the road. Get a second opinion before you trust them to touch your truck
