I had a similar problem as the other person when I had my cat declawed. One of the techs has issues with getting cats declawed. She should find a different job if she has that many problems with it. I stopped bringing my cat there but they have been taking care of my dog for 8 years and have always done a great job. They are all real friendly and everything. No complaints with that, just dont try and get your cat declawed there.
