Fernando was very helpful over the phone
So bad experience. They made me to wait all in the morning, and didn't show up. Finally he came the next day, the guy didn't even open the part, just told me it's the compressor issue, better to get new freezer. And charged me $209. He stayed less than 10 min. It was $95 for initially plus hourly. $109 for 10min. More expensive than lawyers hour !!!!
