We've done business with Airparts of Lockhaven for years and have been pleased with the service and quality. We even got to visit their facility once - the operation was well managed!
They have made ordering a simple fuel sender so complicated. They want to go through this whole approval process and then when you try to pay, They will not take your credit card information over the phone , you have to go through a third-party called Clover just to get your part ordered. Very disappointed I have been using this company for more than 20 years now and my predecessors have been using them much longer. Exceptional Customer Service, Exceptional Turn Around Time and had exactly what we needed to get my Cub running the way it should.
Air Parts has overhauled fuel senders for several of our aircraft and we are very happy with their service.
Ordered 4 gaskets that came in a small envelope. Nothing wrong with the gaskets besides being overpriced ($7 each), but you can expect that with aviation parts unfortunately. However was never told the price of the shipment over the phone and to my surprise when it came in they charged me $20 to ships a 8” x 6” envelope, which weighed less then a 1lbs.
