Absolute worst customer service and support. Before I bought the product, they were calling me and responding almost instantly to close the sale. However, the moment I paid, they completely vanished. It’s been over 20 days and I still have no idea when my order will arrive. I’ve sent multiple emails and tried calling several times, but no one answers. Do not buy from them unless you want to waste your money! Highly disappointed.
I called to find the store and office was closed on Friday, Jan 2 for an extended New Years holiday. Who can blame them. I was searching for Phillips 66 type M mineral oil that NOBODY on the field had. After calling every FBO and shop on the field I decided to do a drive by and found contractors there working. The customer experience in dealing with this company was excellent. Very helpful staff, good prices and they had the alternator I needed on an AOG aircraft not based in S.Florida. Andy, the sales manager, went above and beyond to get me a part I needed. So appreciated his effort. Highly recommend this shop.

Jonathan, our sales rep, is absolutely spectacular! He always makes sure to get back to you regarding any questions promptly and will work with you to find alternate parts or express shipments when a part isn't available.
