Showed up at Pearson and guess what? No car. Our flight from Halifax was delayed twice so we called them twice to advise them. After the second call they told us not to worry, they monitor flights. Flights get delayed, it happens. Arrive at Pearson on time (the new arrival time) and no sign of them. Call them, and the gentleman is curt with my girlfriend more than once during the call. RECOMMEND NOT TO USE AIROUTE LIMO. Read our review below for the reason why. In celebration of our 46th wedding anniversary and my husband's 65th birthday, we along with 2 of our elderly friends decided to fly from Edmonton to Toronto to watch the Blue Jays final 3 regular season games at Roger Centre on Oct. 1, 2 & 3.
