Had an issue with my airconditiong unit. Home waranty company called service provider for me and that was Advantage Airconditioning. Customer service provided by Penny was prompt and I was scheduled within 36 hours even though it is summer and it was not really an emergency. Repairman Frank arrived and diagnosed problem promptly and parts are on order. Airconditioning running for now.

I don't know how these people stay in business. They don't write proposals , don't get building permits, and Lie to their customers. If you want to have confidence in your contractor THESE ARE NOT YOUR GUYS

I went in to get my airconditioner worked on, right after hurricane Harvey. I was able to get freon put in, and it didn't cost a fortune. They were busy, but got my car back to me the same day. Really good mechanics.

Peter initially installed the first few units in our neighborhood for Lennar (Renaissance) and has been maintaining my neighbors unit now for 15-years. I started using him this year for our systems annual maintenance. He is the only one who took both of my furnaces apart and also cleaned the blower motors and the blower blades as well as run a complete check on the furnace units. This is the same company that has gone out of business multiple times in the past few years. They used to be A/C for less, then A+ air conditioning, now air for less! Click on the link to thier website and see. Then check the contractors board for A+ air, the same address you'll find. They are around for the summer months, go out of business, leave their customers high and dry, and start up under a new name the next year!! Scammers!!

Tony is a hands-on owner. Couldn't be happier with his work. You don't go through layers of assistants. I've had him service and install our air conditioners. He explained everything so I could understand what was needed and why. If you want to deal with one person and not a bureaucracy go with Mains.

Expensive yet poor workmanship. They installed my heating system that never worked right. Ended up going to another company to get it fixed right.

Worst customer service ever. The owner is so arrogant and doesnt know how to speak to long time customers. DO NOT use them. They will change you for everything only to break a week later. Better companies out there that respect long lasting customers.
