On completion of the installation they sent me a final invoice, which I paid promptly, before realising that they had not deducted the 40% progress payment. I emailed them immediately asking to be reimbursed. That was over three weeks ago and, despite follow-up emails and phone calls, I am still waiting for over $1,500 to be refunded. As other reviewers have noted, their accounts department is dysfunctional. If this negative review doesn't kick them into action I will be off to Fair Trading - more time wasted.
