PLEASE BE AWARE! I called this company to change an existing flight to a later time. I sat on the phone with them for over a half hour confirming my name, email address, number of passengers, credit card information and had him confirm with me THREE times that I was confirmed for the later flight. When I arrived at the airport the next day, the airline had NO record of the flight change and I was liable for 600 dollars of charges to get on the flight to go home. Even 1 star is too much for this Agency. Had a very bad experience calling them about an existing trip!!
Do not do business with this company . They dont own up to mistakes they make and leave you hanging . They have left our kids stranded and wont return our calls . Im out 1200 dollar plus i have to make a 19 hour drive . Customer service is pathetic .
