The Wednesday morning yoga class is gentle, yet playful and both strengthens and calms your body, mind and spirit. Margo empowers you to curiously explore areas of weakness and strength. You come off the mat feeling refreshed and confident. I highly recommend this class.
I had the BEST experience at AirMed Wellness! The place is gorgeous, super chill vibes, and the everyone is so friendly. I went in for a vampire facial with Kayla, and she was amazing! It was my first time, and she walked me through everything and made sure I was super comfortable. I was amazed by how much better my skin looked afterward. Kayla really knows her stuff and made me feel so at ease.
Sam was a great leader of my partner and I’s restorative yoga session. The studio was comfortable and Sam made us feel even moreso. We look forward to taking more sessions in the weeks to come to help prepare for our busy work-weeks ahead. Thank you, Sam!
This was my first meditation at Airmid Wellness. Juniper lead a great meditation. I left feeling peace filled!
