Welcomes, warm and friendly place. Wonderful and skilled instructors, I am always happy being there. I strongly recommend anyone to join classes.
Counselors are professional, especially with kids
Went to my first-ever guided meditation here, and it was kind of life-changing. I’ve always been a little skeptical of this kind of thing, but my guide, Juniper, did an incredible job of making the experience feel natural and comfortable. I know everyone takes something different from meditation, but I genuinely felt more grounded and balanced, which was exactly what I was hoping for. Highly recommend.
I recently attended a sound bath at Airmid Wellness, and it was a truly beautiful experience. Juniper is incredibly thoughtful and made me feel completely at ease. She reset and charged all of my chakras in such a loving manner. No two classes are the same, as she tailors each session to meet the needs of the group based on the day and the seasonal energy. If you're on the fence about trying it, I highly encourage you to experience this wholesome reset! 🩷
