I was late in getting my heat pump serviced for the winter this year, so after a google search I stumbled upon AirMedic Mechanical. The reviews on servicemagic.com were very impressive, so I filled out an online form to have them contact me. About three minutes after clicking the send button, my cell phone rang! I could not recommend Airmedic mechanical heating and air. Mr. Martin left me high and cold. After paying him $3,700 for two mini-splits he would not return to fix one unit. He has provided a string of excuses why he cannot return to do the warranty work. I have asked him repeatedly from mid Oct 2009 through Feb. 2010 to repair the unit. He has yet to make an appearance.
