I had a terrible experience with them. The technician rushed through my service, spent maybe 5–10 minutes total, barely looked at the units, and just told me I needed a new boiler—something I already knew. I told him that it has been working for 5 years, but he said that it's not going to work anymore. Then he charged me $150 for 5 minutes of doing nothing. The next day, I called a different company. Airmaxx deserves a lot of credit for its innovative and highly effective service. Once you call you know you can depend on them to respond immediately. I called Furnace King to set an appointment but never came on the said time instead a text message was sent to say they will text us when they come and that was 8pm. Unlike with Airmaxx, they were able to diagnose and fix the problem in a day at a reasonable price.
