Was told he would be here at one pm , called and then he said by 2:30. Then text me I'm sorry it will have to be next week!!! That's very inconsiderate of others time , Took off work and explained I had a 92 year old mother in the heat, no response ! Would never recommend this company
I reached out to Air Max to handle the installation of a new HVAC unit a few years. They came out initially and were very responsive. The parts are still under warranty, however the labor is not. I called and let them know the heat wasn't working, and they said it was the Gas Valve, and they would be out in 2 days to replace it....10 days later there is still no heat, and very little response.
