The amenities are slowly opening for everyone although we still have restrictions but at least your now able to start using the gym, movie room and 19th floor. Living at Airmark Apartments: it's like getting food poisoning from eating gas station sushi, and then trying to cure it by eating more gas station sushi. Expect to be smothered in fees. Fees for parking. Fees for utilities. Fees for having kids. Fees for pets. Fees to move out. Fees just to pay fees. Only the phone company has more fees. we absolutely love it here and wouldn't have it any other way. the office team are amazing and love our babies. God bless them ALL! MERRY CHRISTMAS!
UPDATE: Growing pains for a new property, but the management staff is working hard to improve things. I personally like the aesthetics of the units, and the location is amazing. I'm confident that if we can get over the new building issues this will be a great experience. ORIGINAL: Apartments are very hot (probably due to water pipes not being well insulated). Consistently 80+ degrees inside with poor window ventilation and no A/C. Not good if you like Seattle weather.
Better management of the Apartment building and improved security!
