Vlad was fantastic! He came out for an urgent call, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues. He took his time to talk us through and educate us on the various systems in our home and what maintenance to address. As new home owners, we were incredibly grateful for his patience and kindness in educating us. When other issues arose, Vlad was quick to respond. He extended his hours to ensure we were cared for in a timely manner and worked around our difficult schedules. We so appreciated him and would highly recommend!

Volodymyr was very professional and courteous. He fixed our issue quickly and made sure to answer all our questions. Would definitely request his help next time.
