I am very impressed with this storage unit and the manager. The storage units themselves were well-maintained, pest-free, well lit, and I always felt safe there. The manager was very easy to work with and promptly gave me my deposit back upon calling to let him know that I had vacated my unit. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who has storage needs in town!
Horrible customer service. Says sent my deposit bk 3 months to go and have still to receive. Called multiple times and there reps say has nothing to do with them but has no way for you to contact someone and says it’s not up to them to give deposit bk.
