After a 20 hour flight, when I turned on my phone it was very comforting to find that my driver was already waiting (my flight arrived early) and picked me up at the most convenient spot possible. Communication was great (email and phone). The earlier pick-up was equally punctual and easy.
Excellent customer service from the first phone call to make the reservation to the final drop off at my location. I have never had a back experience with Airlink and they are very accommodating.
Bad experience... bad service... We purchased a limo for the night and it got a flat tire an hour into the ride. The driver didn't have a spare tire, had no idea what to do and they had no car they could send to pick us up. We were foreced to wait for a tire on the side of the road or continue the night. Seeing as it was a special night for my family and we ended continuing on rather than waiting for an unknown amount of time and took ubers for the rest of the night (which wasn't terrible but it was inconvenient relative to ... read more
