10y + customer. Their app sucks, and the website has glitches. When I call in, the staff tries to convince me to take a crossover instead of an SUV because it’s $15 cheaper. I use SUVs all the time. Why are you trying to control my choices? Happened twice over the call. It doesn’t matter if I have 1 bag or 5 bags; a customer wants an SUV, send an SUV! Absolute joke

Consistently bad experience. I had a complaint against a driver last year, no one responded to me. I filed another complaint about a service issue in mid-may no call back or follow up. Though most of the drivers are professional but the corporate management is very bad. Fyi: make sure your drivers are properly trained

While booking them, specifically tell them not to send any Highlander. They try to charge a premium price for taxi-approved vehicles. SUVs are great, I've used them for years, and they're worth the extra $.

I am a 20+ year customer with Airline Limos. Some of my family & friends use them quite often, and everyone has good things to say about them. On my recent ride from the Airport to Rosedale, I was picked up by SUV 111 (Rhana). I hope I got the name right. That ride was the best experience I have ever had. He greeted me very professionally, and the car was smelling like heaven. Great conversationalist and very knowledgeable chauffeur. Thank you, Airline Limousine, for all these years of service. Airline Limo has been my go-to for airport transfers and they never disappoint. The drivers are always on time, professional, and made what can be a stressful trip completely seamless. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable airport transportation.
