We used this limo service to travel to Pearson from Ajax and a return trip as well. The service was amazing!! We arrived at the airport in plenty of time for our flight. On the return trip, the driver was there waiting for us once we got our luggage. Seamless travel and felt very safe and secure. Awesome service that I will definitely use again for my next vacation!!

The limo service was good, but the driver was rude and got annoyed when we asked questions about the stereo system. The system itself was frustrating, the settings were confusing, and the volume kept lowering itself. After I left a two-star review, the company texted me that evening, after business hours, saying I screwed their business. Instead of handling the feedback professionally, they blamed me, making the experience worse.
