This company claims to be geared to the patient's needs, but I have experienced a total disregard for my wife's, the patient's needs. She needed to have a raised toilet seat after nearly 4 months hospitalization and rehab after dealing with COVID-19. She, among other pieces of equipment, was to get a raised toilet seat. We always feel bad when there's a complaint and this was definitely a problem we tried our best to handle. For the record, We did not bill this patient at all. We don't do that with this insurance. BC/BS runs through a middle company to handle all their Medical Equipment needs and they sent the bill. Usually when there's a complaint then it's about money as in this case. This complaint is all over the place so I will share our side and we hope this satisfies the patient. We delivered a chair that was in good working order.... read more

Craig makes ordering medical equipment so easy. He is always available to come pick up orders and gets the equipment delivered to the patient as needed. He goes above and beyond to help, and even brings in donuts to the nurses. Thanks Craig, you're very appreciated.
